Focus areas
Hi, I’m Éva.
I work with couples and individuals who are ready to do something different. If you feel caught in painful patterns in your relationships or within yourself, and you’re ready to understand them and create meaningful change, I’d love to work with you.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an elementary school teacher and studied history and languages. At my core, I am an educator: curious, relational, and passionate about lifelong learning and supporting others’ growth.
My Approach
I am a Certified Relational Coach in Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and hold advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and skill-based.
RLT is an active, direct, and deeply relational model that helps us move beyond insight into meaningful change. Together, we identify negative cycles, understand where they come from, and gently but honestly challenge what keeps you stuck, while building accountability, boundaries, and deeper connection.
I hold an empathic, collaborative, and non-judgmental stance. I work from a culturally informed lens that recognizes how family history, culture, and broader social contexts shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. I see you as the expert of your own story, and we build our work together from that foundation.
I believe our relationships, with ourselves, our partners, family, and friends, can be both our greatest joy and deepest pain. In my own marriage, family, and life, I’ve experienced how relational patterns and contexts shape how we love and connect. This continues to inform the way I show up in the therapy room.
I support you in exploring the past to better understand the present, drawing on your strengths, and teaching relational skills that foster resilience and lasting change.
I also offer couples intensives for those seeking more focused, concentrated support. If you’re wondering whether an intensive might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out so we can explore that together.
