The place your practice grows.
Community Connect is the practice-growth membership at Cedarvale Therapy Centre: a Directory listing with featured placement, compliant co-branded marketing, and local in-person demand driven to your listing, every enquiry counted and shown.

Two ways in
Every renter can become a member; the tour is the way in to both. A room gives you somewhere to see clients; Community Connect is everything a room cannot do alone.
Room rental
Furnished therapy rooms by the hour, booked online, at the posted Guest rate, with between-session holds. A client waiting area, wifi, and utilities are included, and rooms are open to professional practitioners as space allows.
How the rooms work: Room rentalCommunity Connect
Everything a renter gets, plus the growth layer: a featured Directory listing, enquiries routed by fit, co-branded compliant marketing, a dashboard that counts every enquiry, the Member rate on every room hour, business-address rights, and mentorship.
What the membership does
Listed and found
Every member stands in the Cedarvale Therapy Centre Directory with a featured profile: focus areas, credentials, fees, and what to expect. Eligibility is limited to credentialed members of a regulated college, which is what keeps the Directory credible, and enquiries route to members by fit, not by who shouts loudest.
Marketing within your college’s rules.
The centre markets members under its own local brand: neighbourhood pages, campaigns, and co-branded assets that carry your practice with them, with the guardrails built in. Everything stands on credentials and fit, never testimonials, so being visible never puts a registration at risk.
We promise the system, never the calendar.
Every enquiry through your listing is counted and shown in your dashboard. The answer to “will I actually get leads?” is structural: judge the membership on delivered numbers, not promises.
A practice address, peers down the hall.
Members rent rooms at the Member rate instead of the Guest rate, so the membership pays for itself in hours. Use the centre as your practice’s business address, meet clients in a real waiting area, and practise alongside independent therapists in a professional medical building.
The other half of the membership
A listing brings people to your door. The rest of Community Connect is the part that makes practising here feel less solitary, and it is included.
Eight to ten live meetings a year
Members meet online through the year to get to know each other and to work through the practical side of practice. Bring a question, a policy you are unsure about, or a case you want another mind on.
Case consultation and support
Between meetings, there are colleagues who know your name. Private practice is solitary by default; this is the part that stops it being so.
Two gatherings a year
Twice a year the Director hosts a catered party at her home. In person, no agenda, and the reason people here know each other as colleagues rather than listings.
How does Community Connect actually get me clients?
The centre markets in-person care to the midtown community, and that demand routes to member listings by fit; your listing is where it arrives, and you convert it. You get a featured Directory listing, co-branded marketing that clears your college’s advertising rules by design, the right to use the professional address, and the Member rate. Every enquiry through your listing is counted in your dashboard, where you track each lead from new to booked and tell us what converted, so you judge the membership on numbers you can see, not on our claims.
What it costs
The numbers are posted because that’s how we’d want to be sold to.
$50 a month
Month to month. Leaving is a decision, not a negotiation.
$250
One time. It activates the membership and covers building your presence in the Directory.
$25 an hour
The Member rate on every room hour, instead of the $30 Guest rate. You keep 100% of your client revenue.
Who is eligible?
Community Connect is for credentialed members of a regulated college: Registered Psychotherapists (RP), Registered Social Workers (RSW), and psychologists registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). The eligibility rule is what keeps the Directory credible to the public and to your peers.
Quick answers
The practice-growth membership at Cedarvale Therapy Centre: a featured Directory listing, compliant co-branded marketing, and local in-person demand driven to your listing, every enquiry counted and shown, month to month. The numbers are posted on this page.
A room is space; Community Connect is space plus growth. Only here do flexible rooms come with a membership that markets you compliantly and drives local, in-person demand to your listing, every enquiry counted.
Fair to ask, given how oversold this category is. We do not promise a full calendar; we run the system and show you the numbers, with every enquiry tracked and visible in your dashboard.
That is exactly why everything is built on credentials and fit, never testimonials or reviews. The co-branded templates carry the guardrails, so being visible never risks your registration.
Not employment, not a revenue split, not a lease. Members are independent, always.
A room is space. This is growth.
