Every room comes furnished, in a professional midtown medical building with a real client waiting area, wifi, and utilities included.
How do the rooms work?
Request your hours online, use the room, pay for what you used: that’s the whole model. Rooms are furnished, with wifi, utilities, and a client waiting area included; between-session holds are $10 an hour so you can keep a day’s shape without paying full rate for the gaps. There’s no lease required, no minimum, and no notice period: the in-person hours your hybrid week needs, and nothing more. And when a consistent week serves you better, an optional set schedule secures your room for 6 or 12 months, a half day, a full day, or a schedule of your choosing, with extra hours still bookable by the hour. About set schedules.
Everyone here is approved first
Rooms are not booked by whoever turns up. Before a first booking we meet you on a tour, check your registration and your insurance, and agree how you want to work here. It is closer to a rental application than a shopping cart, and it can be declined.
That is deliberate, and it is what you are buying. The person your client passes in the waiting area is another registered professional. The colleague down the hall is someone you could refer to. The building holds its standard because everyone in it was asked to meet one.
The calendar is built for a practice you keep: the same room, the same hours, week after week. A genuine one-off is handled by the office rather than the booking system, so ask if that is what you need. Community Connect membership starts from here, once you are practising in the building.
What renting here gives you
Book the week you actually keep.
Rent a furnished therapy room for the hours you will actually use: request your hours online, hold between-session time for $10 an hour, and change the pattern as your week changes. One afternoon or four days: the room fits the practice, not the other way around.
A credible practice address.
Your clients arrive at a professional medical building directly across from Forest Hill station, and you walk into a room that is ready to work in.
The tour is information, not a pitch.
Everything starts with a tour: see the rooms, the waiting area, and the posted prices, with no pressure to decide on the spot. Rent when your week needs it.
