A first session is a conversation. You talk about what brings you in, the therapist explains how they work, and together you decide whether it’s the right fit.

Your message goes to Elsa directly. Please don’t include sensitive health details; a short note about what you’re looking for is enough.

Therapy is not crisis care. In crisis, call or text 9-8-8 any time; for emergencies, call 911.
